Returns
Eligibility - We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition.
Exclusions - Chains, wires, and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Procedure - Before returning an item, please contact us to confirm the return address and notify us of your intention. Ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped back to us at your expense.
Damaged Items - If the received item is damaged, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for items damaged during shipping if proper procedures are not followed.
Refunds
Processing Time - Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Refund Amount - Refunds will be processed minus the cost of shipping.
Restocking Fee - A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned gemstone beads.
Exchanges
Eligibility - We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The exchanged item will be processed once we receive the returned item.
Procedure - Please contact us to initiate an exchange. Return the original item in its original condition, and we will approve the exchange within 2-3 business days after receiving the item.
Conditions of Return & Exchange
Buyer Responsibilities - The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned in its original condition. A loss in value may apply if the item is not returned as received.
Notification - Notify us prior to shipping back the item and confirm the return address to avoid any complications.
