Returns : Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is in original condition. Chains, wires, and custom orders are non-returnable. Please contact us to confirm the return address before shipping the item back at your expense. 


Refunds : Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (minus shipping costs) will be processed within 3 business days. A 20% restocking fee applies to returned gemstone beads. 


Exchanges : Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate, and return the item in its original condition. The exchange will be processed within 2-3 business days after receipt. 


Conditions : Buyers are responsible for return shipping and ensuring the item is returned in its original condition.
